Loire Valley Wine Dinner Hosted By Sofitel O'Hare

Dinner beginning at 7:00PM
The wine dinner will feature live music by Brian Donelly, fine wines and gourmet food from the Loire Valley region in an elegant ambience.
This particular wine dinner is unique in that our own award winning Executive Chef, Christian Gaborit, was raised in this region and has skillfully created the menu and wine pairings based upon his extensive knowledge of the famous Loire Valley. The menu will begin with an array of tantalizing appetizers from stuffed Chicken Drumsticks to Asparagus Tarts and entrees will include, but are not limited to: Roasted Wild Salmon with Sorrel Cream and Braised Pheasant with Crawfish Tails in Bourgueil. The evening will conclude with live music, and indulgent desserts such as Tart Tartin and Pear Sorbet.
Sofitel Chicago O’Hare hosts unique wine dinners throughout the seasons celebrating a new selection of fine wines at each dinner. The clientele consists mainly of our elite patrons who have an appreciation of fine wines, gourmet cuisine and a lively time. Sofitel Chicago O’Hare welcomes all aficionados of great wine and dining.
